**Responsibilities**:

- Designing visually appealing and user-friendly design that align with client goals and objectives.
- Implementing responsive design principles to ensure websites are accessible and functional across various devices and screen sizes.
- Selecting and editing images, graphics, and other multimedia elements to enhance website aesthetics.
- Incorporating best practices in typography, color theory, and layout design to create cohesive and visually compelling web experiences.
- Working closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design assets and maintain design consistency throughout the development process.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve design skills and deliver innovative solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a web designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to implement design concepts using these technologies.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to team members and clients.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while adhering to project deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and web development frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation).
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing techniques.
- Experience designing for SEO and knowledge of SEO best practices.

Pay: From ₹120,000.00 per year
