Job Title: Web Designer

Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand their website requirements and objectives.
- Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to present design ideas to clients.
- Ensure websites are responsive and compatible across different browsers and devices.
- Optimize website performance and loading speed.
- Conduct regular website maintenance and updates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate back-end functionalities into the website.
- Test websites for usability and troubleshoot any issues or bugs.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients regarding website updates and enhancements.

Qualifications:

- 1. Bachelor's degree in Web Design, or a related field.
- 2. 2-3 years of experience in the Web Design department.
- 3. Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- 4. Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
- 5. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- 6. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 8. Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.
- 9. Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal is preferred.
- 10. A strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects.
