**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Shopify Management**:

- Manage and optimize the Shopify store, including product uploads, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- **Marketplace Listing & Cataloging**:

- Create, manage, and optimize product listings on various online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Etsy).
- Ensure accurate and engaging product descriptions, images, and pricing information to maximize visibility and sales.
- **Order Processing**:

- Oversee the end-to-end order processing workflow, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders, payments, and shipping.
- **Shopify App Knowledge**:

- Utilize and integrate various Shopify apps to enhance store functionality and improve customer experience.
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce tools and technologies to continuously improve processes.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Generate reports on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, particularly with Shopify and online marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including SEO, product listing optimization, and order management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for minor website adjustments.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and e-commerce analytics.
