**THE ROLE**

**Key responsibilities**

**Specific duties**

Depending on the project, you will need to be comfortable doing the following:

- Monitoring NOC operations for overall availability of timely report and resolution of issues as per allocated service levels
- Experience on Linux/Windows servers, network devices monitoring.
- Administration and management of Solarwinds and Azure monitor
- Monitor live Servers, core servers and network devices, websites and URLs
- Work as a central point of contact for all technical support teams and provide information for on-going incidents alert.
- Escalate any inconsistencies in the monitoring environment.
- Basic understanding of Networking in a telecommunications environment.
- Manage client escalations within SLAs defined in the team's standard operating procedures.
- Create custom reports for clients
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for KPIs
- Adapt and adhere to revised professional standards and processes to ensure consistency and common practice for all NOC monitoring / escalations.
