Our mission is to empower our clients to deliver exceptional public services by harnessing the full potential of technology and data. **OUR VALUES** **Partnership**: we become one team and family with organizations, helping them to navigate change and stay agile. **Integrity**: our people really care, going beyond the brief to make change happen for organizations and citizens. **Innovation**: we bring together the right technologies and services to design solutions that work. **Passion**: we are passionate about - and dedicated to - public services and improving people's lives. **THE ROLE** **Key responsibilities** **Specific duties** Depending on the project, you will need to be comfortable doing the following: - Monitoring NOC operations for overall availability of timely report and resolution of issues as per allocated service levels - Experience on Linux/Windows servers, network devices monitoring. - Administration and management of Solarwinds and Azure monitor - Monitor live Servers, core servers and network devices, websites and URLs - Work as a central point of contact for all technical support teams and provide information for on-going incidents alert. - Escalate any inconsistencies in the monitoring environment. - Basic understanding of Networking in a telecommunications environment. - Manage client escalations within SLAs defined in the team's standard operating procedures. - Create custom reports for clients - Achieve weekly and monthly targets for KPIs - Adapt and adhere to revised professional standards and processes to ensure consistency and common practice for all NOC monitoring / escalations. **Opportunity** This role is an excellent platform for experienced professionals to take their career to the next level and an opportunity unlikely to be found anywhere else.
