**Job description**

**Job Title**: Tour Operator/ Operation Executive

**Location**: Borivali West

**Experience**: Fresher/ 2 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide detailed information about tour packages, destinations, and travel services.
- Assist customers in booking tours, flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services.
- Create customized travel itineraries based on customer preferences and requirements.
- Handle any changes, cancellations, or issues that may arise during the tour.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers for promotional and sales purposes.
- Handle incoming calls from international and domestic clients with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain updated records of bookings, payments, and customer information.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in tour operations or travel industry.
- Proven experience in handling both international and domestic calls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
