**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cultural Liaison**: Facilitate effective communication by understanding cultural nuances and ensuring accurate context in all translations.
- **Customer Support**: Provide language support for customer inquiries, complaints, or product/service-related queries.
- **Content Localization**: Assist in localizing marketing materials, product descriptions, and other digital content for Chinese-speaking audiences.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on Chinese markets, competitors, or industry trends, providing insights and recommendations.
- **Training & Documentation**: Help create or translate training materials, user guides, and internal documents.

**Qualifications**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Advanced fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (reading, writing, speaking) and English.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in translation, interpretation, or a similar role is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with translation tools or software (e.g., Trados, MemoQ) is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, Linguistics, Translation, or a related field is preferred.
