**Job Role and responsibilities**:

- Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Track shipments and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, delivery times, and
transportation costs.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs forms.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely loading and unloading of goods.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide updates on the status of shipments.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline logistics operations.

**Skills**:

- Should be strong in written and verbal communication skills.
- Should be able to adapt to changes in the work environment.
- Solve customer and logistics partner problems and help resolve issues.
- Monitoring & maintaining performance report for logistics partner as well as for customer.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
