The dispatcher is responsible for ensuring that shipments are delivered on time, in good condition, and at a reasonable cost. "Connecting the world, one shipment at a time - Join our team as an International Dispatcher" **Responsibilities** - Schedule and dispatch drivers, trucks, and other resources to meet customer demands - Coordinate with shippers, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods - Monitor shipment progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure on-time delivery - Provide support to drivers, including routing assistance, maintenance scheduling, and load planning - Maintain accurate records of shipments, expenses, and equipment usage - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements, including safety, security, and environmental standards - Manage communication with customers, drivers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction **Qualifications** - A bachelor's degree or a related field is preferred - Experience working in the transportation industry, preferably in dispatch or logistics - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and other relevant languages. - Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements, such as those governing international trade and transportation - Familiarity with logistics software and technology, including transportation management systems (TMS), GPS tracking, and electronic logging devices (ELDs) **Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent **Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Cell phone reimbursement - Commuter assistance - Flexible schedule - Internet reimbursement Schedule: - Morning shift - Night shift - Rotational shift Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay - Performance bonus - Shift allowance Ability to commute/relocate: - Kurukshetra, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
