Dispatch Executive

The role of a truck dispatcher for an international trucking company involves managing the movement of goods and resources between different locations across the globe. The dispatcher is responsible for ensuring that shipments are delivered on time, in good condition, and at a reasonable cost.

**Responsibilities**
- Schedule and dispatch drivers, trucks, and other resources to meet customer demands
- Coordinate with shippers, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
- Monitor shipment progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure on-time delivery
- Provide support to drivers, including routing assistance, maintenance scheduling, and load planning
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, expenses, and equipment usage
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements, including safety, security, and environmental standards
- Manage communication with customers, drivers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction

**Qualifications**
- A bachelor's degree or a related field is preferred
- Experience working in the transportation industry, preferably in dispatch or logistics
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and other relevant languages.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements, such as those governing international trade and transportation
- Familiarity with logistics software and technology, including transportation management systems (TMS), GPS tracking, and electronic logging devices (ELDs)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
