As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Dispatcher who will be responsible for pre-planning loads and dispatching. This role reports to the Operations Manager. The incumbent takes charge of the entire pre-planning/updating/completing trips process to ensure all shipments meet pick-up and delivery times and are completed according to appointments and expectations.

**Other duties as required Qualifications & Key Competencies**: Proficient knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel an asset Experience in a Dispatch role is an asset Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Good analytical and mathematical skills Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills; attention to detail Ability to meet urgent deadlines Excellent problem-solving skills: ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently. Scheduling and Rescheduling the appointments and updates the drivers, brokers and receivers regarding loads. Dispatcher is totally liable for on time delivery and his/her work starts from Assigning a Driver to taking POD of the load and sent to the client then after unloading work will be finished.

Self motivate and zeal to generate more revenue for the company and to make more incentives for himself. Make good professional relations with Existing Customers and obviously to make new Clients and to generate best possible new Revenue for the Company and to help yourself to get more incentives.

**Salary**: ₹21,369.44 - ₹30,624.93 per month
