**Rules**:

- Manage and oversee the packaging team’s activities
- Inspect and approve packaging materials
- Ensure the packaging process meets quality standards
- Develop and implement packaging schedules
- Coordinate with other departments like production, logistics and quality
- Train staff in safe and efficient use of packaging machinery
- Monitor and manage inventory of packaging materials
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the packaging department
- Investigate and resolve any issues or complaints related to packaging
- Provide reports on packaging operations and productivity

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the packaging team
- Ensure all packaging processes meet company standards and product specifications
- Ensure that all packages, weight are correctly labelled and ready for shipping
- Maintain and repair packaging machinery as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare and maintain reports on packaging operations
- Train and mentor packaging staff to enhance performance and development
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Identify and implement improvements to packaging processes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
