Requisition ID: 26785- Job Location(s): Pune, IN- We have an immediate opportunity for a Coordinator Intercompany Buyer to join us at our diverse team. _Responsible for _managing_ _the RTS planning (Interco Buyer responsibility) to effectively create and maintain an efficient production schedule that meet customer requirements ensuring material flow across the supply chain to support current month and next month plans regulating the product mix, minimizing cycle times and effective utilizing inventory. Drive RTS model, Interco Trade business Order management, SIOP, Customer OTD, ABCQ Lead times, Risk and Opportunity for the month, Min-Max Ordering _

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following._
- _Build strong relations with Interco Plants for Parts Supply for RTS Business_
- _Responsible for RTS ( Rupee Trade System) Demand Vs Supply Model - Interco Buyer responsibility_
- _Co-ordination with Sales for effective RTS Sales model (SIOP)_
- _Order management with Interco Plants_
- _Order/Expediating/De-expediating Intercompany Supply (capacity, Changes in demand / min-max)_
- _Review Interco Pulse ship dates and Open Sales Orders, weekly shortage Reports and ensure correct part availability._
- _Coordinate with intercompany plants through weekly calls to review critical items, demand changes and provide visibility/ supply assured._
- _Coordinate with Logistics team for priorities and mode of shipment on critical items._
- _Provide Part arrival visibility against each Order line to Sales._

**Background & Skills**:

- _Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering._
- _6-8 years of experience in Planning & procurement in Engg. Company preferably in Auto Component or Hydraulic Industry_
- _Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes as well material planning, Inventory management etc._
- _Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)_
- _Strong relationship with suppliers as well as customers - Internal and External_
- _Cross functions team working skills due to matrix organization reporting_
- _Order management experience_
