**Position**: Car-Hauling Brokerage Associate

**Job Type**: Full-time, with occasional after-hours work

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact car dealerships, moving companies, and other relevant businesses to establish relationships and identify transportation needs.
- Coordinate and manage the transportation of vehicles by sourcing and selecting suitable carriers from the company’s network.
- Negotiate pricing with both clients and carriers, ensuring profitable and competitive rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and maintaining communication with clients throughout the process.
- Use the company’s contact list and database to identify and book transport carriers for clients.
- Occasionally work outside regular business hours to accommodate client needs or urgent requests.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and completed transactions.
- Monitor transport progress to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise during transport.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in car-hauling.
- Successful track record in sales
- Strong knowledge of the vehicle transport industry and an understanding of the dynamics between brokers, clients, and carriers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster long-term relationships with clients and carriers.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet client needs and deadlines.

**Compensation**:

- Commission for every successful deal completed (vehicle transport booked)
- Opportunities for career advancement as the company grows

Pay: ₹260.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Car Hauling Brokerage: 1 year (required)
- Sales: 2 years (required)
