Job Title: Floor InCharge

Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the floor staff, ensuring that all team members are providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback and coaching to the team.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless customer experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the floor staff to improve their product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the service industry.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
