- **Role Overview**:_

Seeking a supervisor with 4 - 5 years of experience in team handling and graphic designing.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **Lead Team and Assign the tasks**: Supervise and guide a team of employees to ensure they work together effectively. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and workload. Offer assistance and support to team members as needed to help them succeed.
- **Monitor Progress**: Keep track of the team's progress on projects and tasks to ensure they are completed on time.
- **Address Issues**: Address any issues or conflicts that arise within the team and work to resolve them.
