Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Mulund
Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales
passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset, we want
to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:

- Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and customer details in the CRM
system.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for acquiring new
customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales manager regarding customer needs, objections,
and sales trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
