As part of our expansion, we are seeking a talented Recruitment & Vendor Management Specialist to support our recruitment efforts and manage relationships with external vendors.
**Position Overview**:
The Recruitment & Vendor Management Specialist will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier talent for various positions within the organization. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies, staffing firms, and other vendors to ensure the timely fulfillment of hiring needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and staffing firms.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
- Monitor vendor performance and provide feedback to ensure compliance with service level agreements and performance metrics.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement vendor management best practices and processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and vendor management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top-tier talent.
- Experience managing relationships with external vendors, including recruitment agencies and staffing firms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
