**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Create English and Maths Questions for The National Assessment Program Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN) Australia**:

- **These questions are for Grade 3,4,5,6,7,8&9**:

- **Each question must have**:

- **Answer**:

- **Detailed explanation of the Answer**:

- **Concept/topic explanation/facts related to that question**:

- **Questions must be delivered in proper formatting ready to print as workbook.**:

- **Questions delivery of Word document and pdf document to be provided.**:

- **All questions must be plagiarism-free.**:

- **All questions must have answers with detailed explanations.**:

- **Theory/concept/tip must be provided.**:

- **All questions and answers must be helpful for visual learners, or in other words, it needs to have images to help the student.**:

- **Questions must be classified into easy, medium and hard.**:

- **English questions must cover Grammar, Vocabulary, Punctuation, Reading Comprehension, Writing and Spelling. (One Reading passage with sub questions will be counted as one question)**
- **Over 1 years of experience of working with a range of digital educational / academic projects for primary and secondary, and managing multi-component projects**:

- **Experience with instructional design**:

- **School teaching experience will be an added advantage**:

- **Ability to communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing**:

- **Well-versed with Word, PowerPoint and Excel**:

- **Knowledge of teaching-learning methodologies / theories**:

- **Ability to develop content**:

- **Ability to write effective instructional text, audio scripts / video scripts**:

- **Attention to detail, quality control, and an ability to engage with content at the highest level**:

- **Ability to work both independently and as part of a team**:

- **Ability to follow processes closely**:

- **Time Management - scheduling and planning work; managing time competently**
