**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with CBSE curriculum standards for 11th and 12th-grade students.
- Conduct specialized coaching sessions for Maths entrance exams, ensuring comprehensive coverage of relevant topics and exam patterns.
- Assess individual student needs, adapting teaching methods for effective learning
- Foster inclusive learning environments accommodating diverse styles and abilities.
- Utilize interactive teaching methods to encourage active participation and critical thinking.
- Provide additional support to students, offering remedial assistance and challenging advanced learners.
- Stay updated on Maths advancements and exam requirements for enhanced lesson planning.
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues, parents, and department heads.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Maths or relevant field.
- Previous experience teaching 11th and 12th-grade CBSE curriculum and entrance exam coaching.
- Proficiency in using various teaching platforms and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability to changing educational technologies and methodologies.
- Willingness to relocate to Thrikkakkara, Cochin before employment.

Skills Needed:
Teaching, Lesson Planning, Curriculum Development, Class Management, Effective Communication, Subject Matter Expert, MS Office Basic Proficiency.

*Note: This position requires in-person work at the URBX Tuition Centre in Thrikkakkara, Cochin, Kerala.*

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
