**Hiring Teachers / Subject Experts (Non-Teaching Role)**

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Planning: Develop and maintain a well-structured content plan that aligns with educational objectives, learning outcomes, and curriculum standards. Continuously update the plan based on user feedback, emerging educational trends, and technological advancements.
- Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the team lead to foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication, creativity, and innovation. Facilitate regular meetings to discuss content progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of the content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives. Provide constructive feedback to content creators, helping them enhance the overall quality of the educational materials.
- Data Entry Oversight: Coordinate with the data entry team to ensure the accurate input of content into the app. Maintain a system for tracking progress and resolving any discrepancies that arise during the data entry process.
- User-Centric Approach: Keep the learner's perspective at the forefront, ensuring that the content is engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with the app's interface and functionalities.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about educational technology trends, instructional methodologies, and industry best practices. Use this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in content development processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A B.ed in English, or a related field.(mandatory)
- 5 plus year teaching experience
- Immediate Joining

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
