**Marketing Strategy Development**:Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the electrical products and services offered.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.
- **Content Creation**:Develop compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, website content, and social media posts, ensuring brand consistency.
- **Sales & Technical Collaboration**:Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure accurate product information and align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- **Campaign Performance Monitoring**:Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) to make data-driven adjustments and improve results.
- **Customer & Stakeholder Relations**:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to foster loyalty and promote products.
- **Industry Event Participation**:Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote the company and its offerings, and gather market intelligence.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing within the electrical industry or a strong understanding of the sector.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze marketing data and draw actionable insights.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales and marketing objectives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,570.00 - ₹17,790.00 per month
