**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily dispatches with last-mile delivery partners for **B2B bulk shipments** and **B2C parcel deliveries**.
- Ensure **pickup scheduling, shipment tracking**, and **on-time delivery** across multiple regions.
- Monitor courier partner dashboards (e.g., **Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart**) for real-time shipment updates and exceptions.
- Handle **escalations** related to delivery **delays, RTOs, damages**, or **mis-shipments**, ensuring timely resolution.
- Share **daily dispatch and delivery status reports** with internal teams including sales, operations, and customer support.
- Verify **courier invoices and delivery charges** for accuracy before processing payments.
- Coordinate **reverse logistics and return shipments** in collaboration with courier partners.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, dispatch coordination, or supply chain operations (preferably in FMCG, nutrition, or e-commerce sectors).
- Strong understanding of **last-mile delivery processes** and courier service platforms.
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and **communication skills**.
- Familiarity with courier dashboards like **Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.**:

- Proficiency in using MS Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle time-sensitive escalations.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
