Female Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities
1. Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
2. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and rental cars.
3. Correspondence: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
4. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
5. Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
6. Communication: Communicate effectively with employees, visitors, and clients.
7. Project Management: Assist with special projects, such as event planning and budgeting.
8. Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve problems, such as scheduling conflicts and travel disruptions.
**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field./ Master degree
2. Experience: 2-3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a related role.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
4. Software: Proficient in Google Suite
5. Married, residence of nearby location
