**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media advertising strategies across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns, including budget management, bidding, targeting, and optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to improve ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams or clients to understand their goals, target audience, and messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media advertising.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track key metrics and communicate performance to stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with advertising platforms, vendors, and agencies as needed.
- Stay informed about legal and ethical guidelines for advertising, ensuring compliance with regulations.

**Skills**:

- Social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
- Data analysis and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
- A/B testing and experimentation
- Budget management and optimization
- Creative thinking and problem-solving
- Project management and organization
- Communication and collaboration
- Ad creative development and copywriting
- Understanding of target audience demographics and behaviors

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
