**Job Opening: Multi Technician (Plumbing, Electrical & Specialized Equipment)**

**Location**: Chennai Branches (Adyar / Velachery / Mogappair / OMR / IIT Madras / MWC)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular inspections, testing, and troubleshooting on hospital beds, dental chairs, and related equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations for all installations and repairs.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with other departments for maintenance schedules and ensure mínimal disruption to operations.
- To take care of all the 6 Clinics in Chennai.
- Should Take responsibility and complete the work according to the TAT.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in plumbing and electrical work.
- Hands-on experience with the maintenance and repair of hospital beds and dental chairs.
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare industry standards and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Certification in electrical or plumbing (preferred).
