**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **classroom and practical training** sessions on HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Revit MEP.
- Develop and deliver structured training modules aligned with TNSDC guidelines.
- Guide students through **real-time MEP projects and case studies**.
- Assess students’ progress through **assignments, tests, and hands-on project evaluations**.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance for students pursuing MEP careers.
- Stay updated with **industry trends, codes, and regulations** in the MEP field.
- Ensure **effective student engagement and learning outcomes**.
- Collaborate with ACTMEP’s academic team to improve training methodologies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s or Diploma** in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or related fields.
- **3 to 5 years of industry experience** in MEP design, execution, or training.
- Proficiency in **HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Revit MEP software**.
- Prior teaching/training experience in **MEP courses (preferred but not mandatory)**.
- Strong knowledge of **MEP design standards, load calculations, and drafting**.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with **TNSDC training standards and methodologies (preferred but not mandatory).**
