**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP Coordinator located in Coimbatore. The MEP Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and management of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within our showroom, exhibitions and residential projects. The role involves overseeing building services and ensuring that all systems are integrated effectively using autocad. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, coordination among various vendors, and ensuring that all MEP work is completed according to quality standards and project timelines.

**Qualifications**
- MEP Coordination and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) skills
- Experience in Plumbing and Building Services
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Coordination with vendors
- Ability to work on-site in showroom areas
- Minimum experience - 3 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
