As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of our marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including prints and events.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and design, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in coordinating and organizing school events and exhibitions.
- Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and industry best practices to contribute fresh ideas to the team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience or internship in marketing or a related role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and social media management tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
