Graphic Design Assistant

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to bring fresh ideas to our projects. As a graphic design assistant, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of creative projects, including social media graphics, website designs, presentations, and marketing campaigns.

You will be responsible for assisting in the design process, supporting the creation of visual content, and collaborating with the marketing team to understand design requirements. Your attention to detail, creativity, and strong sense of aesthetics will be essential in ensuring that all design materials meet our high standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or CorelDRAW. A degree diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Creative Assets: Assist in designing creatives for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
  • Support Visual Content Creation: Support the creation of banners, posters, infographics, and other visual content.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team: Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements.
  • Adapt and Edit Designs: Adapt and edit existing designs to meet different platform requirements.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all design materials.
  • Research and Suggest Ideas: Research design trends and suggest innovative ideas.
  • Prepare Final Deliverables: Prepare final deliverables in required formats.
Requirements:
  • Degree Diploma: Pursuing or recently completed a degree diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Design Tools Knowledge: Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or CorelDRAW.
  • Creativity and Attention to Detail: Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Teamwork and Feedback: Ability to take feedback positively and work in a team environment.
  • Time Management: Good time management and willingness to learn.
  • Portfolio: Portfolio of previous design work, academic or personal projects are acceptable.
