
Export (Checklist) Documentation Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive **checklists for export documentation **processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- P**repare Form 13 **and coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely submission of **Verified Gross Mass (VGM) information.**:
- Monitor customs examination processes to ensure smooth clearance of shipments.
- Collaborate with Container Freight Stations (CFS), transporters, and internal teams to coordinate logistics and transportation of export shipments.
- Utilize ONS Software to manage and process export documentation efficiently.
- Proficiently use MS Office, particularly Excel, to manage data and generate reports as required.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the operations field, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
**Skills**:
- Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues that may arise during export documentation processes.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Excellent networking skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, customs officials, transporters, and internal teams.
- Experience working with ONS Software preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
