A Chef de Partie (CDP) is responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and supervising junior staff.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Food Preparation**: Oversee daily food preparation and cooking in a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards.
- **Supervision**: Supervise junior chefs or commis, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- **Quality Control**: Check the quality of raw and cooked food products, ensuring that they meet the restaurant's standards.
- **Menu Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items, including recipes, preparation methods, and presentation standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in ordering and managing inventory, ensuring that all necessary ingredients are available for service.
- **Hygiene and Safety**: Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Sous Chef and other kitchen staff to coordinate daily tasks and ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
