responsibilities- Understand user journey and own feature requirements-
- Conduct user experiments to take data driven decisions of product design-
- Formulating our visual design strategy - balancing short & long term initiatives-
- Experience with design systems, toolkits and front end UI standards-
- Able to translate Product requirements to Visual Design-
- Developing compelling visions, concepts, visual designs, and prototypes-
- Executing layouts, typography, iconography, color theory, and compositions to design our product with artistry, creativity, and mastery.-
- Command on content generation - graphic, video, marketing assets, website, app etc.-
- Partnering with engineering to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience.-
- Able to translate wire-frames into innovative and original Visual Designs- Create original icons, Illustration, other graphical assets- Work with a cross-functional team: Work collaboratively with team members across all departments including Engineering, Product, Marketing, Analytics, Sales, Business Development and Customer Support skills_and_qual

- Keen interest in trading or prior experience in BFSI sector is preferred-
- Exceptional aesthetic sense and command on content generation - graphic, video, marketing assets, website, app etc.-
- Good hand drawing skills to demonstrate ideas without a need for digital tools-
- Ability to create illustrations to convey an ideaKnowledge of product and marketing motion patterns and latest trends.-
- An outstanding portfolio, showcasing a foundation in typography, illustration, visual and interaction design. ( website is not mandatory any form will be accepted like pdf / notion.doc etc. all we want is to understand your work )-
- Deep understanding of how to create usable, accessible, and modular designs that can scale to millions of users.-
- Experience with prototyping as a means to explore and convey design solutions-
- Drive prioritization and collaboration with engineering teams-
- Excellent communication skills including writing skills-
- Ability to envision product ideation
