As a UI/ UX Designer, you will play a vital role in the product development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative and intuitive solutions. You will work closely with senior designers, product managers, and engineers, assisting in the design and prototyping of our next-generation products. **Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior designers and product managers to translate user requirements and business goals into exceptional design concepts.
- Assist in conducting user research and analysis to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and preferences.
- Contribute to the creation of wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas.
- Assist in the development of detailed design specifications and documentation for handoff to engineering teams.
- Support the design team in conducting usability testing and incorporating feedback to iterate on designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product design and user experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid foundation in product design principles and processes.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar.
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
- A passion for solving complex problems and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary

**Salary**: ₹255,777.73 - ₹1,163,569.83 per year
