Who are we looking for?

We looking for meticulous Collection Executives to interact with the Shippers and Collect dues in

terms of Advance & Balance. As an Collection Executive, you will be responsible for collecting dues

and Overdue from the Shippers.

What are you expected to do?
- Identify/follow outstanding account receivables.
- Mailing to customers on SLA crossed payment.
- Investigate historical data for debts and bills.
- Take actions and visit customers to encourage timely payments.
- Travelling to different places to follow-up payment.
- Resolve invoicing and POD related issues.
- Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments as per their terms.
- Update payment status records to the central team.
- Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress, weekly.
- Work on targets and should have the mindset to work hard to earn

variables/incentives.

Do you have these desired skills?
- Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role.
- Good knowledge of billing procedures.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.
- Comfortable working with targets.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Regional Language and geographical understanding
- Need to own two wheeler

This is a Work From Office / Field Position.

**Education**:
Any Degree - Preferably, B.Com, BBA

Salary Range

Rs. 3 to Rs. 5 Lacs Per Annum

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
