A collection executive in real estate is responsible for collecting balances, negotiating payment plans, and resolving payment disputes with customers:
Collecting balances: Identify overdue accounts, contact customers, and collect the overdue amount or negotiate a payment plan

Negotiating payment plans: Discuss payment options with customers and negotiate repayment plans

Resolving payment disputes: Work with customers to resolve payment disputes and address inquiries

Reporting: Report periodically to a supervisor on financial performance

A collection executive in real estate should have the following skills and knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of property management rules and regulations

Excellent time management skills

Strong communication and presentation skills

Familiarity with state debt collection laws

Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- collection executive: 4 years (required)
