**Job Discription**
- **Inbound Calls**: Answer calls from customers, address questions or complaints, and provide information or registration of call.
- **Outbound** **Calls** : Make calls to customers for services feedback, product performance update, response on services etc.
- **Internal & External Customer Interactions** : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in a database, including call details, queries, responses, complaints, and resolutions.
- **Customer Relationships** : Build relationships with existing customers and rapport with potential customers. Listen to customers' concerns or queries and provide appropriate solutions or support based on their needs, Collaborate with the sales team to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- **Other Responsibilities** : Keep the customer database updated, take and after sales service process accurately, and preserve the company's reputation by handling grievances.
