**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Development**:

- Identify and target potential clients, including both B2B (businesses, interior designers, contractors) and B2C (individual consumers).
- Promote and sell our modular furniture products, understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients and stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- **Marketing Strategy**:

- Work with the design team to create promotional materials, including catalogs, brochures, and product videos.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust marketing efforts accordingly.
- Manage the company’s online presence, ensuring up-to-date product listings, engaging social media posts, and regular blog/content updates.
- **Customer Support and Feedback**:

- Address client inquiries and resolve any concerns regarding products or services.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve offerings and enhance the customer experience.
- **Reporting**:

- Track and report sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and market insights to senior management.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and market performance reports.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the furniture, home decor, or interior design industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred but not required).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a modular furniture manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in furniture design and production.
