We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive/Coordinator to support the Marketing Manager in executing day-to-day marketing activities for Sonawane Group’s real estate projects. The role requires strong knowledge of digital campaigns, CRM tools, and lead management, along with the ability to coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and events. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the execution of digital & offline marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, print, outdoor, events). - Coordinate with agencies for creative design, campaign creatives, PR, and content updates. - Support in website content updates, landing pages, and online property listings. - Manage and update CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) for lead entry, tracking, nurturing, and reporting. - Generate and share lead funnel reports with sales & management teams. - Assist in channel partner meets, buyer events, and festive promotions. - Liaise with vendors (printers, media houses, production partners) for timely execution. - Maintain campaign performance dashboards and submit periodic reports. - Assist in creating marketing collaterals - brochures, invites, newsletters, and event creatives. Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Mass Media / Business / Communication. - 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or digital marketing agencies. - Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). - Strong understanding of lead management and nurturing process. - Knowledge of social media ads, SEO basics, Google Analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets. - Strong coordination and follow-up skills with agencies & vendors. - Good written & verbal communication skills (English, Marathi & Hindi preferred). - Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
