1. Monitor various mechanical systems as they are in operation to ensure efficient and safe use.

2. Maintain strict maintenance schedules for critical systems, logging all repairs and inspections

3. Quickly identify non-operative and malfunctioning systems before damage can occur.

4. Troubleshoot test failures to determine root causes and develop processes to avoid repeat failure.

5. execute preventative maintenance programs.

6. Conduct instrumentation evaluation and troubleshooting for electrical, pneumatic, electronic as well as programmable logic control (PLC) systems.

7. Ensure to commission instrumentation effective following with repair and replacement.

8. Conduct test related to functional performance on instrumentation as needed by facility changes.

9. Involve in evaluation of instrument performance to identify optimization and enhancement opportunities.

10. Maintain and update awareness of modifications to regulatory needs related to conduct of maintenance and construction of instrument.

11. Comply with every approved operation and maintenance procedures.

12. Perform with maintenance planners as schedule work load.

13. Comply with all instructions for job tasks completion.

14. Knowledge of field instruments, online instruments PLC & Scada.

Location : Palsana, Surat.

Salary : 20000/- to 25000/
- Experience: 2 to 3 Year

Eduction : ITI ,Diploma - with **Instrumentation and control**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
