Instrument Maintenance Perform Supervise preventive corrective and breakdown maintenance of all plant field instrumentation and control system etc Attend running complaints and monitor the performance of plant equipments Troubleshoot and assist in reliability improvement Carry out shut down maintenance activities Escalate where required IN ORDER TO attain production targets and to avoid unplanned shutdown of plant equipment Participation in KAIZEN SGA and 5S activities Report abnormalities by regular LLF CLTI practices Loss Control Management Production Maintenance Support in conduct of risk analysis of operations and facilities Implement changes to mitigate risk exposures Participate in HAZOP HAZID study Follow up and implement audit recommendations IN ORDER TO adhere to QHSE standards and maintain Zero LTI Offshore Onshore Maintenance Implement risk based maintenance Support PMS on the Offshore platforms IN ORDER TO support production operations Procurement Able to identify the critical spares and their availability by timely creation of Material cataloguing requests OEM approvals and Purchase Requisitions Spare management Prepare annual and need-basis material service requirement Co-ordinate purchase department in obtaining spares services Inspect incoming spares Assist in finalizing inventory level Maintain assigned tools IN ORDER TO ensure material availability and reduce material cost Self Development Identify and Enhance Knowledge Skill and Competency IN ORDER TO ensure self is aware and abreast in understanding the developments and emerging technologies happening within the discipline industry QHSE Implement PTW and safety procedures Conduct operations according to QHSE systems and participate in audit and close out of non-compliances IN ORDER TO develop safety culture among Staff and adherence to Cairn QHSE requirements Ensure compliance to ISO 14001 OHSAS 18001 ISO 45001 and VSAP standards CMMS Ability to work with SAP PM MM CMMS for managing maintenance tasks and workflows Able to digitalise the maintenance function as far as possible AO Training Basic understanding of asset optimisation and conducting internal Training to technicians team to improve improve skills of Technicians
