**Position - **Jr. Accounts Executive

**Role - **As a Junior Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our organization. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in accounting and finance, offering an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in the field. You will work closely with senior members of the finance team to perform various accounting tasks, including financial transactions processing, record-keeping, and financial analysis.

**Areas of Responsibility -**

v Purchase, Sales & Journal Booking

v Reconciliation - Bank, Vendor & Customer

v TDS knowledge

v Vouching/ entering Purchase & journal entries in the Tally.

v Preparation of Vendor Payments

v Keeping all Statutory Data & Filling

v Preparation of necessary documents or data as per requirement

v Coordination with Bankers, Vendors & Internal Auditor as per requirement

v Monthly Report

v Filing of Documents

v Ability to work in Team and meet tight deadlines.

v Other duties as assigned.

**Must**:
v Education - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

v Experience
- Proven experience in accounting roles, with a minimum of 0 - 1 year in a similar position.

v Industry - Any industry or Education / Publication / other similar industries

**Desirables**:
v Prior internship or entry-level experience in accounting or finance is preferred

v Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.

v Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

v Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

v Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

v Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and willingness to learn from senior colleagues.

v Eagerness to grow and develop professionally in the field of accounting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
