Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Thane

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- General Accounting: Assist with maintaining accurate financial records, including processing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and preparing balance sheets.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collection follow-ups.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring they comply with internal and external standards.
- Taxation: Support tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST, VAT, TDS, etc.
- Internal Controls: Ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and adherence to internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate financial data in accounting software or spreadsheets, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve financial queries and support business activities.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Experience with tax filing and compliance is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive financial data.

Desirable Skills:

- Knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
- Ability to adapt to new software and technologies.
- Experience in the preparation of VAT/GST returns and reconciliation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
