**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to order fulfillment.

Monitor and coordinate the sales team, ensuring targets and deadlines are met.

Interact with international clients, particularly in African markets, for smooth business operations.

Handle customer queries, negotiations, and follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Work as per African market timings (starting from 2:30 PM IST) and be available for calls at flexible hours.

Work partly from home and partly from the office, as required.

Stay active on WhatsApp for business communication.

**Requirements**:
Fluency in French (mandatory).

Proven experience in sales and process management.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work in a flexible schedule (afternoon to late evening).

Tech-savvy and comfortable with online communication tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
