**Job Title**: Amazon Ads Expert / Amazon Seller Central Specialist (Co-Founder Mindset)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven **Amazon Ads Expert** to join our fast-growing e-commerce business in a full-time, on-site role. You will manage our entire Amazon advertising portfolio while also overseeing operational aspects of **Amazon Seller Central**. This role is ideal for someone who brings deep technical expertise **and** an entrepreneurial mindset—someone ready to step into a leadership position and contribute like a **co-founder**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, launch, and scale high-performing Amazon Ad campaigns (PPC, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP)
- Manage end-to-end operations within Amazon Seller Central—listing optimization, inventory tracking, pricing, and reporting
- Drive KPIs like ACoS, RoAS through continuous analysis and improvement
- Troubleshoot campaign or account issues with Amazon support as needed
- Stay ahead of industry trends and Amazon algorithm changes
- Work closely with the founder to contribute to overall business and growth strategy
- Take ownership of key functions and lead initiatives independently

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Ads and Seller Central
- Deep understanding of Amazon PPC strategies and performance analytics
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and Excel skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A proactive, founder-like attitude with a passion for scaling products and solving challenges
