- You will draft and vet the Agreements, NDAs and MOUs etc.
- You will work with Stakeholders on legal aspects and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- You will manage the repository of legal documents
- You will communicate and coordinate with Clients, Vendors, Employees and Statutory authorities.
- You will design, Implement and monitor policies and procedures for the company

**Job Specification**:

- Should have working experience as a Legal and Compliance associate
- Should be from the IT/Software industry
- Should have experience in drafting and vetting the Agreements, NDAs and MOUs etc.
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Should have a problem-solving mindset
