**Key Responsibilities**:

- Host dynamic and insightful podcast episodes with thought leaders, innovators, and change-makers.
- Lead interviews that captivate audiences and inspire listeners to think differently.
- Research and prepare tailored, intelligent questions for each guest.
- Drive meaningful conversations while maintaining a natural and engaging flow.
- Represent the INOBAL brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and creativity.
- Collaborate with content and production teams to coordinate recordings and publishing schedules.
- Contribute ideas to help shape the podcast’s direction, tone, and guest lineup.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Fluent in English with excellent spoken communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and conversational abilities.
- Comfortable and confident on both audio and video platforms.
- Good body language and professional behaviour in front of the camera or microphone.
- Ability to build rapport with guests and make them feel at ease.
- Energetic, positive personality with a proactive mindset.
- Willingness to work with a global team and engage with diverse audiences.
- Previous experience in podcasting, media, or interviews is a plus—but not required.
