**Responsibilities**:
- Brand Custodian: Support and execute strategic brand initiatives for all Clients divisions, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints to enhance brand recognition and reputation in the global talent solutions industry.
- Storytelling and Messaging: Craft compelling brand narratives and messages that effectively communicate our unique value proposition and resonate with our target audience. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all communications.
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy for GQR to increase brand visibility and engagement across channels and monitor performance to optimize reach and impact.

in the Clients database and 2) support net new leads for the sales team via content on the website social media, paid advertising and sell sheets/decks/presentations for our internal teams. Ensure attention to detail, consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity. Channels include but not limited to: o Blog Articles: Publishing informative and relevant blog articles on topics related to recruitment, career advice, industry trends, and job search tips to help establish our expertise and build credibility.
- Case Studies/Testimonials: Sharing success stories and client testimonials to demonstrate the effectiveness of our recruitment services. Highlighting specific challenges faced by clients and how GQR helped them overcome those challenges to find the right talent.
- Employer Branding Content: Work with TA and Mission Control to create content that showcases us as employers of choice. This includes company profiles, employee spotlights, ERGs, awards, office tours, interviews with our SMEs, and stories that highlight the company culture, values, early talent and unique benefits.
- Infographics and Visual Content: Presenting statistics, data and information visually in a digestible format through infographics, videos, and visual quotes to increase engagement and shareability.
- Social Media Content: Work with the Social Media Manager to develop engaging content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and
Instagram. This can include job highlights, industry news, motivational quotes, career tips, and behind-the-scenes glimpses of your team and company culture.
- Webinars/Podcasts: Hosting webinars or podcasts on topics related to recruitment, career development, or industry trends to attract a wider audience and position GQR as a thought leader. Short sterm - package content from round tables.
- White Papers and Guides: Create comprehensive white papers or downloadable guides on topics such as resume writing, interview preparation, career transition, or industry
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify best in class content industry trends, emerging content opportunities, and potential threats.
Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and enhance brand positioning.

- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, mission control and leadership teams, to ensure brand alignment across all touchpoints. Provide guidance and support to team members on brand-related
initiatives.
- Brand Performance Measurement: Work with the EVP of Markerting to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of brand initiatives.
Monitor, analyze, and report on brand performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager, Content Manager, or similar role, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies that drive business growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different channels and target audiences.
- Proficient in social media management and digital marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
