If you have a strong aesthetic sense, a deep understanding of storytelling through audio-visual content, and the ability to produce polished, platform-optimized videos, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Edit long-form podcast episodes (audio & video) for platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.
- Create high-conversion short-form video content such as **Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok clips** from podcast highlights.
- Add professional-level sound design, intros/outros, lower thirds, subtitles, music beds, transitions, and motion graphics as needed.
- Optimize content for different platforms with correct aspect ratios, captions, and branding.
- Handle all aspects of post-production including trimming, mastering, leveling, noise reduction, and color correction.
- Collaborate with the host and marketing team to create a content calendar and align on publishing timelines.
- Manage digital assets efficiently and maintain a well-organized archive of podcast footage.
- Provide creative input to improve engagement, storytelling, and visual appeal.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Minimum 3 years of experience** in podcast editing and video content creation.
- Proven ability to **edit independently** and deliver fully polished episodes without supervision.
- Proficiency in editing tools such as **Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Audition, or Descript**.
- Deep understanding of different podcast and social video formats, trends, and audience preferences.
- Strong knowledge of audio editing, mastering, EQ, and compression.
- Skilled in adding **subtitles**, handling **multi-camera setups**, and maintaining **audio-video sync**.
- Experience in **motion graphics** and branded video content is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with cloud tools such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Frame.io, or Trello for project collaboration.

**Preferred Skills**
- Creative mindset and ability to repurpose content across platforms.
- Experience with **AI-based tools** for audio/video cleanup and transcription is a plus.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Understanding of content marketing and social media engagement best practices.

**Work Environment & Expectations**
- This is a **fully remote role** with flexible working hours, but strict adherence to deadlines is required.
- You will be expected to manage projects independently and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
