**Roles and Responsibilities**

1 Closely Associate with stakeholders to deliver projects on technology/process with overarching
- knowledge on all key retail asset products vis; Credit Cards, Retail Loans, MFI, Agri Loans
- 2 Responsible for portfolio risk analytics, including portfolio segmentation, acquisitions
- performance reviews, etc. with a view to build a resilient retail asset portfolio
- 3 Maintain current knowledge of business, organizational, credit risk and technological changes as
- well as pertinent internal and regulatory policy and procedural requirements to ensure review.
- 4 Be part of credit risk model development processes across products; ensure new models follow
- the requisite analytical and functional rigor in terms of model quality, performance and stability.
- Has good analytical thinking, strong coding skills, and an eye for detail. Excellent time
- management capabilities
- 5 Be on the forefront to drive technology projects as a SPOC from retail risk, by providing inputs to
- ensure robust risk framework
- 6 Should be able to independently drive projects and manage relationship with stakeholders and
- has good analytical thinking and an eye for detail with excellent time management capabilities
- 7 Develop dashboards/ automate MISes to monitor various Key Risk Indicators (KRI) of Retail
