**Overview**:
As a Co
- Teacher, you play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of young learners. You create a stimulating and nurturing environment where children can develop academically, socially, and emotionally. Your responsibilities encompass planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, fostering positive relationships with students and parents, and contributing to the overall school community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop age-appropriate lesson plans in line with the curriculum guidelines.
- Utilize various teaching methodologies to engage students and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Incorporate technology and interactive resources to enhance learning experiences.
- Deliver lessons effectively, maintaining a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Manage classroom behavior and encourage positive interactions among students.
- Provide individualized support to students with diverse needs and abilities.
- Collaborate with the class
- teacher to analyze assessment data and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Participate in community outreach initiatives and school events to promote positive relationships between the school and the local community.
- Engage in continuous professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in education.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas, resources, and strategies for improving teaching and learning outcomes.
- Participate in staff meetings, committees, and professional learning communities to contribute to the school's educational goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.
- Prior experience working with primary school-aged children.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and pedagogical approaches.
- Excellent communication in the English language and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and learning management systems.
