You will also participate in activities associated with and contribute towards the goals and strategy of the wider Science Division.

- A self-starter who can work swiftly and independently to retain momentum on the list, while also liaising effectively and collegiately with team members globally.
- The ability to identify significant publishing opportunities.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to interpret financial data.
- Superb team-working skills for liaison with internal and external contacts at all levels.
- Previous experience of commissioning professional and/or academic books and familiarity with all aspects of the book publishing process.
